What does it biblically mean when Satan is "destroyed"?

We find that the Devil was "destroyed" twice within scripture.
The first was at the Cross.
The second was at Judgment Day

How can Satan be destroyed twice?
Satan destroyed?
Hebrews 2:14
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Satan continues
Revelation 13:3
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Revelation 17:7-8
And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Conclusion:

Satan
When scripture declares Jesus "destroyed" the Devil at the Cross (Hebrews 2:14), it means the Devil's ability to thwart salvation was destroyed.
The Devil did not cease to exist but instead was cast into the bottomless pit (Revelation 20:1-3). This is why it describes Satan as "...was, and is not, and yet is".
He "was" (existed freely) before the Cross, "was not, and yet is" (existed but within the bottomless pit, bound), during the Church Age.

Satan's kingdom
The Beast (Satan and his kingdom) still continued uselessly during the Church Age even though Satan's head was "wounded to death" during the Church Age.

Satan destroyed?
Daniel 7:11
I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

Satan continues
Daniel 7:12
As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

2 Corinthians 4:3-5
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

Conclusion:

Satan
When scripture declares for a second time (the first was at the Cross), that Satan (the Beast) was given a death blow (slain), and his body "destroyed" at Judgment Day, it once again means that Satan was defeated from thwarting salvation. This time completely because every single person that God had planned to save was saved on or before Judgment Day. Game over. Satan lost. The war was over concerning him trying to prevent salvation. Notice this time that the verse continues with, "...and given to the burning flame". Again, Satan does not cease to exist but continues to live. He is now under the wrath of God's judgment reserved at the end of the world. The burning flame represents God's judgment. He is not yet cast into the Lake of Fire until the end of the world.

Satan's kingdom
We know Satan and his kingdom (the Church/Great Whore) continue on until the end because it states in Daniel 7:12 -
As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.
