Satan's Kingdom consists of many parts. In fact, since he was allowed to take over the Church in 1988 (this Final Great Tribulation), his kingdom is mimicking every aspect of God's Kingdom here on Earth.

This is Satan's kingdom arising to power. God left the Church.
It is now vacant and given to Satan.

Satan as king arises to power. There can not be a kingdom without a king.

Jesus is the Image of God
Colossians 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature.
Satan depicts this with his own Image. How does he make the image speak? Jesus is the Word... scripture. So too, Satan deceives the congregations through his corrupt gospel.
Rev 13:14-15 ...saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Satan, False Prophet

Satan becomes the False Prophet through his ministers in the congregations teaching false doctrine. He "leads" them as the Holy Spirit would. Satan holds the title of "False Prophet" behind his ministers.
Daniel 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
Daniel 7:20 ...whose look was more stout than his fellows.
We find in Daniel 7 that kingdoms arise from the sea...
Dan 7:3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
Dan 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
We also find in Daniel 7 that kings arise from the earth...
Dan 7:16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
Dan 7:17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

Notice as king, he exerciseth all the power of the First Beast. And spake with authority as a dragon. The First Beast was given the power but it is the king (2nd Beast) that actually executes that power.
Revelation 13:12-13 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

The two small horns are of the Beast and are not separate. They are all titles in Satan's kingdom.
Notice that none of these are actually Satan, but instead are "titles" that he holds within his spiritual kingdom.

And becomes a kingdom
Satan's kingdom consists of 7 empires to which the Church is the final one. We see this in 3 examples: as the Great Red Dragon, this First Beast that arises from the sea and also the Scarlett Beast to which she is riding in Rev 17:3. They all have seven heads.
Rev 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

The Great Red Dragon!
The Great Red Dragon is only mentioned once in the Bible. It is Satan as king over all his historic kingdoms. Seven kingdoms with seven kings (heads with crowns).
Assyrian Empire, Babylonian Empire, Persian Empire, Greek Empire, Roman Empire, No empire due to the Church Age (the 6th head wounded almost to death), Church Empire.
Revelation 12:3
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
The first 6 kingdoms (heads) already existed. Now the seventh kingdom (head) arises to power

The Church has become as Israel from Judah
1Kings 11:31 And he said to Jeroboam,... Behold, I will rend the kingdom out of the hand of Solomon, and will give ten tribes to thee
The Church is comparable to the nation of Israel when it split. Judah retained 2 tribes (as God's two witnesses) while Israel had 10 tribes not following God. The ungodly Church also is represented with a congregation represented as 10 kings as the True Believers came out.

Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
The Holy Spirit
The eyes of the Spirit
The Holy Spirit dwells within His People. He not only sees outside us but also sees within us.
John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
The Holy Spirit dwells within His prophets and are "one" with each other to bring forth God's plan. Elijah the prophet brought down fire from Heaven. This was against his own people within God's kingdom (the king's soldiers) whom did not worship God.
2 Kings 1:12 And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.

Jesus is the Image of God. He not only is the Savior of His people but is the glorious gospel of Truth... the Word of God
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Jesus is not only represented as the Image of God but also the Savior of His people. The Lamb of God. What were the qualifications for the Passover Lamb?
Exodus 12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats
Lambs of the first year do not have horns. The Passover Lamb of God, Jesus had no horns.

And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
This scripture above gives us 3 king descriptions...
Daniel 7 declares that the king of the kingdom arises from the earth. It goes on to say that this Beast king spake with the authority of a dragon which is Satan. And finally, this Beast king exerciseth/executes/commands (as a king) all the power of the First Beast which is the Church.
The evil spirit
Eyes of man
Unlike the eyes of the Holy Spirit, the eyes of the evil spirit (False Prophet) are the eyes of Satan's ministers which are his modern day prophets.
Daniel 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
The evil spirit works by deceiving the unsaved to bring forth Satan's plan mimicking God. Satan's ministers also brought down fire from heaven against the people within the Church by silencing those whom would'nt receive the false christ within his corrupt gospel.
Revelation 13:13-14 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast

The Image of Satan
The Image of the Beast is Satan taking on the role of the false christ, the false savior. He speaks his deceitful gospel by twisting the Truth of the Bible. It is not "The Word" but instead is "his word". Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Satan not only imitates Jesus as the Image of God but also imitates being the Savior of the world. He falsifies himself as the lamb of god. The false christ. Scripture describes his impersonation as the false savior as:
Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
As stated to the left, Passover Lambs must have no blemish and a lamb of the first year. Lambs of the first year do not have horns. Therefore "having two horns of a lamb" disqualifies it from being the true Passover Lamb as our Savior. This is the false christ. The false savior.
